Not my best work but it'll do for last minute.

Another birthday card.

I needed a birthday card for my father-in-law that I could do in a jiffy! I had saw a really neat card idea on the Cricut message board that accommodate gift cards. I thought it was a cool idea and decided to give it a try myself. I'd like to say a special thanks to taz11693 from the message board for sharing.

Marker storage

Cricut has released markers to use in place of the blade in their machine. I kept mine in the original packaging but after so many uses, the packaging was beginning to fall apart. I needed to find some kind of storage. Today I received a container of ribbon from a friend. Its the ribbon you get in the dollar section at Target. After I took all the ribbon out, I went to throw the container in the garbage and then thought "Hey! I bet my markers will fit in that!" Sure enough, its just the right height. So, I set off to alter the container and here it is.

Card

I created this card for my uncle's birthday. He likes to hunt so I used the Cricut Design Studio to make a moose hiding in the grass. I used the Animal Kingdom cartridge for the moose and the ZooBalloo cartridge for the tree and grass. All was cut using my Cricut machine.

My first blog

I've decided to stary my own blog. I love to scrapbook so I figured this would be a great way to share my creations with everyone.

Here we go...
